Alana commenced working with Prosperity Advisers in February 2013, then moved to Sydney in April 2016 to further develop her knowledge and skillset. Alana has recently moved back to Newcastle and re-joined the firm in April 2018.
Previously Alana has worked in various payroll and finance positions in recruitment, financial services, not-for-profit and hospitality industries.
Alana currently holds the role of Payroll Manager in the Outsource Payroll Team.

Alana has over 10 years’ experience specialising in full function payroll, customer service and client relationship management. Alana provides advice to her clients on all aspects payroll including processing requirements, award interpretation, legislative compliance and software implementation.
